INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
One of the most important considerations for a startup is determining if the product/service being developed is unique and requires legal protection. There are many forms and methods of protecting your ideas, however the three most common forms of intellectual property protection are patents, copyrights, and trademarks. In this module, you will explore and learn about these various legal protections, how to determine if you need such protection, and how to obtain it.
