One of the most important aspects of this course is your interaction with Advising Services. Twice during this semester, you will meet with an advisor via phone, email, or in person to review your education plan that leads to graduation. Advising appointments fill early, so use the instructions on this page to schedule both appointments NOW.

Instructions for Making Your Appointment

You have three options for meeting with an advisor. Choose the option that is best for you.

email - dmadvising@hccfl.edu
in-person - access Student Services Advising, scroll down and click the In Person link.
phone - access Student Services Advising, scroll down and click the By Phone link.

When scheduling an in-person or by phone appointment, follow the steps above, and follow the prompts on the web site to schedule your appointments.

If you are planning to receive feedback using the Email option, then there is no need to email at this time.

NOTE: Instructions for completing the education plan documents are found later in this course. For now, scheduling the appointments is all you need to do.

Assignment

Once you have scheduled your appointments, please use the Inbox located in the blue system navigation pane to email me your appointment dates, times and locations. Or, let me know that you plan to use email as your form of communication with Advising Services.
