Included in Module 4 are two chapters that cover developing your network and team, as well as learning about creating revenue streams for your business. Developing a strong team and building a network of supporters, mentors etc. are critical building blocks to business and life success. Thinking about how a business will generate money is equally important. Whether you are working on a for profit or nonprofit business, generating income is what will allow you to sustain and grow your business. Testing different revenue streams is very important to see which revenue streams are most viable.
